On our first day of Micro Week, Curbed Ski is kicking things off with a map of 10 tiny homes that are currently on the market. In order to make the cut, the listings had to be stand-alone homes (no apartments or condos), near skiing, and smaller than 750 square feet. Surprisingly, in a real estate market that boasts more massive chalets than micro units, there are actually quite a few properties out there for those who are willing to live with less. But less doesn't necessarily mean cheap. While the least expensive leasing is only $65,000, our most expensive tiny home in Sun Valley, Idaho, is asking a hearty $729,000 for its 750 square feet.
