Curbed Ski just can't get enough of cool maps and infographics, and the latest comes from Williams Ski & Patio. This map shows every state's snowiest ski resort based on natural snowfall, and then features a handy graphic highlighting monthly and annual averages. Unsurprisingly, Alaska tops the list with Alyeska Resort receiving an average of 735 inches per year, but resorts in Washington, Utah, Wyoming, Oregon, and Colorado also put in a good show with at least 400 inches of snow per year. And the ski area with the least amount of natural snow annually? That would be North Carolina's Sugar Mountain Resort, which averages only 23 inches each year. See Tahoe? It could be worse!
